We have a store on the Hill at 1207 13th St. and one in North Boulder at 4593 N. Broadway. Our Hill hours are from 8am-7pm on weekdays and 9am-7pm on weekends. Our North Boulder hours are from 7am-7pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends. Store hours may vary due to seasonal considerations.

Aside from in our stores, you can find our bowls in the freezer section of Whole Foods Markets throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, as well as California, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii. Rush Bowls are also available in local Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers, as well as a handful of local retailers. They can also be purchased online at www.icecreamsource.com and shipped nationwide.
Rush Bowls are different combinations of fruit and other healthy ingredients, blended thick, that come with a delicious & crunchy topping. They are not to be confused with yogurt or desserts! Rush Bowls pack a nutritional punch and truly are a "meal in a bowl". Take them on the go or any time you need a quick and easy meal. They are great for breakfast, lunch, after a workout, or anytime you need a delicious and nutritious meal.
The product must remain frozen until ready to eat - this way it will stay good for up to a year.

Remove the lid, granola pack, and separation tab. Replace lid, and let bowl thaw at room temperature for approximately 1.5-2 hours. Stir lightly to achive a thick, smooth consistency. Top with the included granola and enjoy!
microwave thawing
Take the bowl out of the freezer. Remove the lid, granola pack, and separation tab inside. Heat uncovered bowl on high for 20-25 seconds. Remove from microwave and break apart frozen fruit blend with a spoon. Return to the microwave, and heat on high for an additional 20-25 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir to achieve a smooth, thick consistency throughout. Top with the included granola and enjoy!

Acai is a palm berry from the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest and is considered a “super food” due to it's many health benefits. It has 3-6 times the antioxidants as blueberries and 10-30x that of red wine. It is currently being studied and has been suggested to have weight-loss and anti-aging properties.
We recommend that the bowls be eaten as a one serving meal. It is possible to thaw and re-freeze the bowls if more servings are desired. We do advise that you keep the bowls from thawing completely, as the fruit is perishable.
While the bowls contain a number of certified organic ingredients, they are not fully organic. We strive to be organic wherever possible, and use the highest quality all-natural ingredients available to us.
Yes! In our retail stores, any product can be made to meet any dietary needs. We also feature a gluten-free grab-n-go beach bowl at your local grocery store.
In our retail stores, we can meet any dietary need. All of the bowls in our wholesale line are vegan except the Power bowl, which contains dairy.
The only bowl that contains any dairy is the Power Bowl, which contains a small amount of fat-free frozen yogurt and whey protein. We can make anything completely non-dairy in our Boulder stores upon request!
While the granola itself DOES NOT contain any nuts, it is processed in a factory that also processes different types of nuts.
While most of the ingredients in our bowls are kosher, we cannot legally claim them as so because, like the organic circumstances, our facility and manufacturing tools are not registered as kosher. However, we are working hard to make this a possibility very soon.
